1. General provisions
The online store yes-verse.com is operated by YESVERSE Sp. z o.o., ul. Agawy 7, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, NIP: 5472247035, REGON: 529256810. These terms govern the use of the store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
2. Placing orders
To place an order, add products to your bag and proceed to checkout. After filling in your details and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email — at that point, a sales contract is concluded.
3. Payments
We accept online payments via Stripe: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, inform us by email ([email protected]) before the deadline.
6. Hygiene exemption — sealed products
In accordance with Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, products delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (underwear, tights, stockings) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This is due to the nature of the product — intimate apparel worn directly against the skin cannot be resold to another customer.
7. Complaints
We are liable for product defects for 2 years from the date of delivery. To file a complaint, email [email protected] with a description and photos of the defect. We will respond within 14 days.
8. Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We strive to resolve all disputes amicably.
9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. We reserve the right to amend these terms with 14 days' notice — changes will be communicated by email. Contact: [email protected].
