Promotions & discounts terms
1. General provisions
Promotions in the yes-verse.com online store are organised by YESVERSE Sp. z o.o., ul. Agawy 7, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 5472247035, REGON 529256810, KRS 0001118648. These terms govern the use of discount codes and automatic discounts. Promotions run until revoked or within the dates stated in the communication of a given campaign.
2. Types of promotions
The store offers two types of promotions: discount codes (entered in the cart or at checkout) and automatic discounts (applied without a code once their conditions are met — e.g. the newsletter subscriber discount). Percentage discounts are calculated on regular product prices and do not cover delivery costs unless a given promotion explicitly states otherwise.
3. Combining promotions
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Only one price promotion is applied per order. A manually entered discount code takes precedence over an automatic discount — once a code is applied, the automatic discount is not added. Free delivery on orders over 300 PLN is not a price promotion and applies regardless of the discount used.
4. The −5% newsletter subscriber discount
An active Yes Verse newsletter subscription entitles you to a permanent −5% discount on all purchases. The discount is linked to the subscribed e-mail address and applied automatically whenever that address is used in an order. The discount expires upon unsubscribing. The store may end or change the programme with 14 days' notice announced in the newsletter — this does not affect orders already placed.
5. Single-use codes
Promotional codes (e.g. SILK10 — −10% off the first order) may be used once per customer (one e-mail address), unless the campaign communication states otherwise. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or resold and may carry additional conditions (validity period, minimum order value) stated in the campaign communication.
6. Returns and complaints
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the amount actually paid (after the discount) is refunded. A single-use code used in a fully returned order is not automatically reinstated — please contact us for individual cases. Complaints regarding promotions can be submitted to [email protected]; we respond within 14 days.
7. Final provisions
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law. In matters not covered here, the store's general terms and Polish law apply. The current version of these terms is always available on this page; amendments are not retroactive and do not affect orders already placed.
