2. What data do we collect?

We collect data necessary to fulfil orders (name, address, email, phone), manage customer accounts, send newsletters (email address), and data about website activity (cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details).

3. Legal bases for processing

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (order fulfilment), your consent (newsletter, marketing cookies), and our legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention).

4. Who do we share data with?

Your data may be shared with processors: Stripe (payments), courier companies (delivery), our hosting provider and Resend (e-mail delivery). Visit statistics are collected with Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal identification). Only after you consent in the cookie settings do we use marketing and analytics tools: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager — conversion measurement, including enhanced conversions with hashed e-mail and contact data) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel and the Conversions API — conversion measurement with hashed contact data). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in "Cookie settings" in the footer. Data is never sold to third parties.

7. Data retention

Order-related data is retained for the period required by tax law (5 years). Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
