Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We ship orders via InPost and courier service. Orders paid on business days are dispatched within 24 h; delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. We ship within Poland only.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery (InPost or courier): 15 PLN, free on orders over 300 PLN. Express delivery: 30 PLN. All prices include VAT.
Gift wrapping
Every order is carefully packaged in an elegant box with the Yes Verse logo, tissue paper, and a satin ribbon. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return products without giving a reason. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number — we will reply with return instructions. Send the unused product in its original packaging within 14 days to: YESVERSE Sp. z o.o., ul. Agawy 7, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
Important — hygiene-sealed products
Underwear, tights, and stockings are delivered in sealed hygiene packaging. Once the hygiene seal has been removed, returns are not possible (Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We recommend trying on lingerie over your own undergarments without removing the seal.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] — please include photos. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
