Shipping & Returns
Delivery
We ship orders via InPost and courier service. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from the date of order.
Shipping costs
Free delivery on orders over 300 PLN. Standard shipping costs approximately 15 PLN.
Gift wrapping
Every order is carefully packaged in an elegant box with the Yes Verse logo, tissue paper, and a silk ribbon. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return products without giving a reason. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will reply with instructions. Send the product back in its original condition to the address provided.
Important — hygiene-sealed products
Underwear, tights, and stockings are delivered in sealed hygiene packaging. Once the hygiene seal has been removed, returns are not possible (Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We recommend trying on lingerie over your own undergarments without removing the seal.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] — please include photos. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
